Current developments in delivering customized care: a scoping review

Abstract Background In recent years, there has been a growing interest in health care personalization and customization (i.e. personalized medicine patient-centered care). While some positive impacts of these approaches have reported, dearth research on how are implemented combined for delivery systems. The present study undertakes scoping review articles customized to describe which patient characteristics used segmenting care, identify the challenges face implement intervention routine care. Methods Article searches were initially conducted November 2018, updated January 2019 March 2019, according Prisma guidelines. Two investigators independently searched MEDLINE, PubMed, PsycINFO, Web Science, Science Direct JSTOR, search was focused that included “care customization”, “personalized service care”, individualized care” “targeting population” title or abstract. Inclusion exclusion criteria defined. Disagreements selection data extraction resolved by consensus discussion between two reviewers. Results We identified 70 published 2008 2019.
